Paul was born and raised in Sanford, NC and grew up in Christian home. His parents, Ray “Pappy” and Anna founded Crossroads Ministries in 1993. Paul worked with the church from its beginnings and received his ordination in 1999. After retiring from 25 years in logistics in the metal stamping industry he joined the staff of Crossroads full time in 2008 as the Family Life Pastor. As a licensed counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors, he specializes in marriage and financial counseling.  He and his wife Kathy enjoy riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle, spending time with family and raising chickens. As a counselor and author, Paul and Kathy conduct marriage conferences and provide financial counseling to Crossroads as well as surrounding communities and cities in the region.
