Ryan grew up in Goldsboro, NC. He gave his life to Jesus when he was 10 years old. After accepting a call from God into church ministry he joined the staff of Crossroads in 2002 as the Worship Pastor, helping lead the department from virtually nothing to later include 5 different teams with over 50 people including band, drama and tech/production. He received a music degree from Sandhills Community College in 2006.
In the fall of 2011 Ryan accepted the role of Associate Pastor. He helps oversee the various ministries of the church, and also serves as teaching pastor for Crossroads’ Wednesday night services. He is passionate about life transformation through Jesus, and seeing ministries within the church thrive. Ryan is married to Katie, the nursery director at Crossroads. They have four wonderful children. In his spare time he enjoys playing music, spending time with family, sports and laughing!
